(re)membranza colectiva

(re)membranza colectiva is a research project that questions the identity and materiality of domestic objects. I select things that accompany me in my daily life. A comb, a bag, toilet paper, clothing... I cover them with clay, engaging in the encounter between materials—some resist being covered more than others, while others readily embrace the clay and wrap around it. This act allows me to rediscover materials and objects forgotten in the everyday.

Through the sensory feedback between the object, the clay, and the subject, the familiarity of objects previously classified in our minds fades away. By highlighting the transformation process of each of these objects, an opportunity is created to relate to them, enabling the generation of different associations and meanings.
